65th Annual L.A. County Holiday Celebration
Live 3-Hour Variety Special
The Music Center, PBS SoCal

We are thrilled to have produced The 65th Annual L.A. County Holiday Celebration, presented at The Music Center's Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and on PBS SoCal, illuminating the dynamic, rich cultures of Los Angeles. Broadcast LIVE on December 24th, 2024, the three-hour variety show, a tradition since 1959, brought together L.A.’s diverse communities, showcasing their talent and artistry during the “holiday happy” season.

Hosted by comedian Melissa Villaseñor, along with Queen Noveen as the "Voice of Goddess." The 2024 celebration’s theme, "Light of Los Angeles," featured a lineup of 28 L.A.-based artists including dance troupes, music ensembles, choral groups, and for the first time welcomed a circus act and marionette company. Short documentary segments throughout the program highlighted the unique stories behind the performers and their traditions.

The live broadcast variety show was produced this year with executive producer Lindha Narvaez in close collaboration with The Music Center and PBS SoCal, made possible by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. The goal was to achieve a fresh look and feel, aiming to engage both longtime viewers and a new generation of audience members.
