Director

Grant James has been directing, producing, and editing for over 15 years. His career started with directing documentaries and music videos for hip-hop legend, Del the Funky Homosapien (Hieroglyphics/Deltron 3030/Gorillaz).

In recent years, he has directed genre-bending music videos, various live-music performances/webcasts (Jackson Browne, Father John Misty, Tedeschi Trucks Band, etc), comedy shorts (Nick Thune), and several award-winning branded content campaigns for Absolut Vodka, Under Armour, and State Farm.

Currently, he directs promotional campaigns for WarnerMedia which includes promos for Ridley Scott’s HBO Max sci-fi drama, Raised By Wolves, and TNT’s final season of Claws (starring Niecy Nash).
